Payment Policy

Invoices

Payment of all services shall be due 15 days after services are rendered, unless otherwise noted on the invoice. Invoices shall be sent via email and/or USPS First Class Mail and payment may be made using our online payment portal by the due date. Payment may also be made by check mailed to 131 W Washington St. #1154, Minneola, FL 34755. Mail-in payments must be post-marked by the payment due date. Late payments are subject to a 10% late payment fee. All invoices reflect a Cash/Check/Bank Transfer discount of 4%; customers wishing to pay via major Credit Card may do so by requesting a credit card invoice – specific credit card payment instructions will be listed in the credit card invoice.

Online Payment Portal

By using our online payment portal, your bank transfer and account information will be stored in our online payment processor database. By using our online payment portal, you agree that we may charge any future invoice to the account setup during your initial payment on the invoices due date, including reoccurring and one-time payments. Automatic payments will be noted on any invoices enrolled in automatic payments. You may opt out of automatic payments at any time by emailing accounting@titaniumtech.net at least 5 days before your payment due date. Terms of Services Rendered

Master Services and Project Agreements

Any services preformed or provided, including but not limited to: on-site or remote technology services and consulting (written or vocal) services, are governed by the Master Services or Master Project Agreement. If you do not have a signed and executed Service Agreement, then you agree to be bound by the terms set out on this page. Any service provided outside of a signed Service Agreement are provided as-is and will be billed and invoiced at our standard rates.

Remote Access and Remote Control

Any services performed by Titanium Technology Solutions, LLC may require the use of remote access software. If remote access software is used, your PC may be accessed at any time during the requested service by Titanium Technology Solutions staff. Additionally, some services take a significant amount of time to complete and we may access your PC even after the initial connection. Titanium Technology Solutions, LLC respects your privacy and will only use this remote software to remotely access your PC to preform related IT services. If you do not wish for us to use remote access software or you wish for us to discontinue the use of remote access software, you must notify us in writing.

Liability for our Services

Any services performed are provided using a reasonable level of skill and care. Other than as expressly set out in a signed Services Agreement, Titanium Technology Solutions, LLC makes no specific promises about these services and are provided “AS IS.” Titanium Technology Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data including but not limited to financial, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. The total liability of Titanium Technology Solutions, LLC is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. Titanium Technology Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonable foreseeable.
